How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number within 2–3 business days. Enter that number on our Track Your Order page for real-time updates. If you don’t see it after a week, please check your spam folder or contact us to resend.

How do I get in touch with Retro Football Shop?

Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 NZT, and we aim to reply within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

I entered the wrong address—what now?

Let us know right away so we can update it before dispatch. If the package is returned to us, you may incur a restocking or reshipment fee. Always double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.

What condition are the shirts in?

All kits are new old stock in excellent, unworn condition. Occasionally there may be minor storage marks, but each piece is carefully inspected before shipping.

How should I care for my jersey?

Hand wash or select the delicates cycle on your machine. Avoid heavy agitation—especially on printed names and numbers—to preserve the fabric and graphics.

What is your refund policy?

You can return faulty, defective, or incorrect items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Email our support team to start the return process.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes. Exchanges are available for unworn items with original tags and packaging. Email info@retrofootball.shop and tell us what size or style you’d like instead.

What are the letters and numbers made from?

We use industrial-grade embroidery and heat-press printing that match the original fonts and colours. Please follow the care instructions, as name-sets can become delicate over time.

Where do I send returns?

Contact us first at info@retrofootball.shop for the correct returns address—it can vary by country.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

All taxes and fees are included in our prices. In rare cases, customs duties may apply on delivery, which are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.
