Shipping Policy

Free Worldwide Shipping

All orders ship free, anywhere in the world. No minimum spend required.

Processing Time

We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Estimate

Once dispatched, your package should arrive within 5–10 business days.

Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in your country.

  • Any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package doesn’t arrive within 15 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email info@retrofootball.shop with your order number and photos (for damage).

  • We’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace your items as quickly as possible.

Cut-Off Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM NZT are typically dispatched the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM NZT will be processed the next business day.
