Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report an issue.

Faulty or damaged: Manufacturing defects, tears, stains, or broken parts.

Incorrect item: Wrong size, design, or variant shipped.
Items must be reported within 30 days and arrive back to us within that period to qualify.
How to Initiate a Return

Your order number

Photos or video showing the fault, damage, or wrong item

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send you:

A prepaid return shipping label (where available)

The correct returns address for your region

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Processing Returns

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.

If approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately at info@retrofootball.shop with evidence. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Non-faulty items: We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or colour preferences.

Sale items & gift cards: Final sale; not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not offer size or style exchanges unless the item you received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For approved exchanges, follow the same return process above and indicate your desired replacement.
Refunds

Approval: You’ll be notified by email.

Timing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Bank processing: May take additional 3–5 business days before the funds appear in your account.
